A close relationship with the customer has always played an essential role in Océ sales & service. The company has one of the largest direct support organizations in the industry and some 18,000 of Océ’s 23,000 employees worldwide are in direct daily contact with customers.
The international Océ Group has its own sales & service organizations in 30 countries worldwide and is active in a further 60 countries via prominent resellers and distributors. At Océ Head Office in the Netherlands there is also a separate Emerging Markets & Direct Export department, which takes care of sales & service contacts in countries where Océ is still only a modest presence.
The main tasks of the Océ sales & service organizations consist of marketing, selling and providing a professional, tailored service for the buyers of the high-end systems and solutions which the Océ Group has to offer the international markets. Océ sales & service personnel are really working on the cutting edge, since the success of Océ is ultimately determined by the sales and service organizations.
